We are Emily & Jon; musicians, composers, and sound healers. We work together creating a variety of relaxing meditative music for meditation, reiki, sound healing and peace.
We started Anam Cara in 2012 with a simple vision; to expand awareness through meditation & mantra.
Our creations help people to live a healthier more fulfilled life. Through the different practises of meditation & mantra, you can become more aware of your self and feed your soul.
