We have been led this weekend to create our first guided meditation, and we are very excited to share this with you.
This is a guided drum breathing meditation, for focusing on aligning breathing patterns with the beat of the drum. This 10-minute meditation is powerful for building energy, focus and inner chi. You can also relax into this guided meditation, to promote blissful inner peace.
